The Executive Director of the Voice of the Plantation People Organization, Mr. Anthony Jesudasan, took part in the first phase of the Capacity Development Training for Transformative (Imaginative) Peace Leaders, held from 13th to 16th March 2025 at the Sarvodaya District Center in Batticaloa. The training was facilitated by Dr. Emma Leslie and Dr. Niyam from Cambodia, who served as resource persons and shared valuable insights and knowledge.
The program was organized by the Chelvanayagam Memorial Trust (CMT), which played a key role in both facilitating and coordinating the sessions. The training provided an excellent platform for participants to strengthen their leadership capacities and deepen their understanding of transformative peace building.
